Content Management

The Cashback Keyboard SDK can help you increase engagement & retention by delivering new, up-to-date content from your sources.

Types of Content

Content can be any of the following:

  • Stickers (still or animated, that can be shared on iMessage, Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • GIFs (same as above)
  • Keyboard themes
  • Videos

Each piece of content can be controlled from the Content Management System (CMS) so that it is only available to specific users, based on:

  • Country
  • Device language
  • Date (e.g., unique Valentine's day stickers)
  • Time of day
  • Any other custom flag set in the SDK

Social Hub

In addition to the above content, customers can customize the social hub toolbar plugin to show social content from custom:

  • Youtube channel
  • Twitch account
  • Twitter account
  • TikTok account
  • Facebook account
  • Instagram account

Push Notifications

Customers can also be engaged with custom push notifications, automatically sent when new content becomes available.

App Content

All content uploaded is automatically made available in the Cashback Keyboard SDK and can also be used by the primary host app.

This ensures a smooth & consistent experience for the user and allows you the simplicity of only uploading content in one place.

Network Usage

The Cashback Keyboard SDK periodically checks what content has changed and downloads only the differences required. This ensures that the network traffic made on the phones is kept to a minimum.

This approach saves network bandwidth from the user's data plan and allows new content to be made available promptly.

Reporting

Through Tappa analytics it's possible to get information about your uploaded content so that you can better understand how users consume it.

With impressions, clicks & CTR data available for each piece of content, you can extract meaningful insights about how the content is used.
